  You can't eat at Bagels & if you are indecisive.  They have an extensive menu of deli-type food.  We had breakfast there and enjoyed the food.  Breakfast specials are available until 10:30 and are a good value.
  
  Their bagels are fresh and have that traditional crispiness (no bready imitation that is often found in the grocery store).  
  
  The food portions are pretty large and filling.  I had eggs, bagel and home fries.  The home fries were well-seasoned and quite good.  The mini muffin that accompanied the breakfast meal was a nice treat although it was a tad dry.  
  
  One person in our group had a side of crispy bacon, which was cooked perfectly and was a bountiful portion.  She also had veggie cream cheese which was flavorful and included a nice mix of finely chopped veggies.
  
  The service was a bit slow even though the restaurant was only about 1/2 full. It was also irritating to watch other tables being served before us when they had ordered their meals after us. Grrr!
  
  Apparently Bagels & has experienced some jelly pilferage because we had to ask for jelly (cream cheese was provided with the bagel), and a little while later the waitress took away the jelly packet carrier because guests at another table needed jelly.  Scarce commodity!
  
  Bagels & is a solid choice for breakfast if you aren't in a hurry.

  Bagels & has been established in my community
  For over 20 years.  It's the only bagel place in south Florida that reminds me of eating in NY.  The service is outstanding and the owners are always friendly and inviting.  I strongly recommend bagels &

  Every trip I make down there I pick up mini bialeys to bring back to Orlando, since there are none here.  They are perfect.   I have eaten inside and the prices a reasonable for bagel lox and cream cheese.   We actually did my moms 80th birthday luncheon there and they were extremely accommodating serving 20 peo

  Couldn't even get anyone to Seat me
  Waited 15 mins and then walked out
  They seated someone ahead of me and then never came back

  Well 2.5 stars, I'm not surprised. We should've consulted Yelp reviews before heading there.

  Dear ma'am,
  
  Please understand that an apology would've sufficed after your establishment's poor service today. My family and I arrived and were seated and placed an order. Thirty two minutes later as you stated, our food was served. Why point out the 32 minutes? Because that was exactly what you told us because you went and checked our ticket and questioned how long our wait was. Instead of apologizing for the long wait, which your staff acknowledged several times, you asked with an attitude if "everyone ate".  Yes, we ate, after seeing many other parties who arrived much later than us, served before us. Our waitress agreed, the wait was unusually long. Not once, were we offered an apology.
  
  Ma'am, we write this review today to let you know that true professionals know how to apologize to their patrons, not try discredit them.  
  
  Clearly, we won't return, but that's not the point. We simply do hope you'll return to service and hospitality training.
